Loris is a Brand Engineer and Executive Coach focused on personal branding for professionals and managers – creator of TheBrandEngineering™, founder of TheBrandEngineering™ Academy, and host of the Be Your Brand Podcast – blending industry experience with neuroscience, NLP, and communication science to build confident, high-impact personal brands.

With a background in engineering, Loris has developed a unique coaching process that applies a systematic, diagnostic approach to pinpoint the specific blockers, patterns, and behaviors that prevent high performance, so client can build clarity, self-confidence, and consistent execution.

He’s also known as an exceptionally effective mentor for organizations seeking stronger innovation and branding. His out-of-the-box thinking and creative approach consistently translates into practical strategies and measurable value for teams and leaders.

Through TheBrandEngineering™ Academy, he creates learning resources – courses and free guides – on Personal Branding and Leadership development.

He holds a Master’s Degree in Electronic Engineering and a Master in Coaching, and is internationally certified as a Licensed NLP Coaching Master Practitioner™ and Licensed NLP Coach™.  He is also an IPHM-Certified Mindfulness Facilitator (Mindfulness Educators™ Society) and a member of the Italian National Association of Coaching.
