About Loris

Loris is a Brand Engineer and Executive Coach focused on personal branding for professionals and managers.

He is the creator of TheBrandEngineering™, founder of TheBrandEngineering™ Academy, and host of the Be Your Brand Podcast. He blends industry experience with neuroscience, NLP, and communication science to build confident, high-impact personal brands.

With a background in engineering, Loris created TheBrandEngineering™, a unique methodology and coaching process that applies a systematic, diagnostic approach to pinpoint the specific blockers, patterns, and behaviours that prevent high performance, so clients can build clarity, self-confidence, and consistent execution.

He mentors organisations seeking stronger innovation and branding, and delivers specific sales team skills training.
